1. Binod Chaudhary 

Binod Chaudhary the chairman of Chaudhary Group Corp Global and also the member of The House of Representatives of Nepal representing the Nepali Congress Party is the one and only billionaire of Nepal. 
CG's business includes foods, electronics, beer and hotels. Chaudhary's CG Foods, maker of the popular Wai Wai noodles, has overseas factories in India, Serbia, Saudia Arabia and Bangladesh.CG's hotel assets consist of 29 owned and 70 managed properties, including luxury hotels with India's Taj hotel chain.
He ranks as 1561th billionaire in Forbes list tilldate with a net worth of $ 1.6 Billion. 

2. Shesh Ghale  

Shesh Ghale  the former president of NRNA (Non Resident Nepali Association),  is business entrepreneur and founder and CEO of Melbourne Institute of Technology. He is also the second richest man of Nepal  with a net worth of $ 410 million.






3. Upendra Mahato

Dr. Upendra Mahato, a very successful Nepali businessman and social worker, lives in Russia where he is the president of the Russia-Nepal Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He was also president of Non Resident Nepalese Association, International Coordination Council (NRNA, ICC). Mahato's business empire includes electronics, oil, heavy machinery and banking. He has a net worth of around $ 360 Million.


4. Ajaya Raj Sumargi

Ajaya Raj Sumargi is the chairman of the Muktishree group of companies. He is also the executive director of Hello Nepal which is a telecom company that was launched in 2009 from the Mid-West region of Nepal. Ajaya Sumargi is an entrepreneur and a millionaire with a net worth of $ 200 million.


5. Aditya Jha 

Aditya Jha a Non-Resident Nepalese, born in Janakpur and currently living in Canada has a highly influential personality. He’s a Canadian entrepreneur, social activist and philanthropist. Aditya Jha runs software company in Canada. He is also involved in one laptop one child project in Nepal. His net worth is over $100 million.



6. Jiba Lamichhane 

Jiba Lamichhane is business entrepreneur and former president of International Coordination Council (ICC) of Non Resident Nepali Association (NRNA).  He is the managing director of a TV manufacturing company Techno Trust which makes and delivers Elson Brand LCD TVs for the Russian market. Lamichhane went to Russia in 1986 to study engineering and he worked as a dealer for Samsung, Sony and LG in Russia. He works in collaboration with Dr. Upendra Mahato. He owns around $ 92 million.


7.Pashupati Shumsher Rana

Pashupati Shumsher Rana the current chairperson of Rastriya Prajatantra Party-(Democratic)  was once termed as the richest person in Nepal and considered even richer than the King. He has a net worth of $ 84 million.

 


8.Balram Chainrai 

Balram Chainrai  is one of the pioneer  businessmen in Hong Kong and the founder of the Chainrai Group of Companies in 1949. He was educated in Hong Kong and he speaks several languages and is fluent in Cantonese, English and Sindhi. Having started his business career quite early in life, Mr. Balu soon established himself as a leading businessman in Hong Kong. His net worth is around $ 70 million.



9.Rajendra Khetan


Rajendra Khetan the owner of Khetan Group which is one of the oldest business-families in Nepal. His  company works in industries like telecommunications, mining, food stuff, insurance, energy, banking  and financial investments. In addition, he is a major shareholder in Nepal Bank Limited and also the chairman of Laxmi Bank and Prime Life Insurance.
 




10.Gyanendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev

Gyanendra Bir Bikram Shah Dev is the last King of Nepal. Gyanendra Shah       ruled as a King of Nepal from 2001 to 2008. King Gyanendra Shah is not only the biggest landlord of Nepal but also a businessman with shares in as many as 17 companies.Gyanendra Shah owns a number of properties and businesses, which include a large stake in the Soaltee Group, the third-largest business group in Nepal.  King’s wealth, includes a string of tea plantations, a golf course, at least four hotels, an island in the Maldives and oil interests in Nigeria. His net worth is around $ 58 million
